Singtel assembled an innovation and collaborative design team in Singapore but recognised that they were lacking some experience and skills to operate at the highest level.

We designed for their team a 3-day experiential learning workshop on design and facilitation, cover the entire process from co-designing complex business workshops with business sponsors, to running effective and impactful workshop with the right balance between content and experience.

In the following month, we then jointly delivered 2 high-stakes complex workshops to strengthen the training by on the job coaching.
