Guiding Change in an Agile Environment

Navigating and guiding continuous organizational change has now become a key organisational capability. It has become instrumental in enabling organizations to adapt to an evolving landscape, to be resilient in the midst of innovative technologies and to maintain an engaged workforce.

We have developed a 2-day Guiding Change course that blends the disciplines of organizational change management, design thinking and Agile to help you enhance your skills and adopt a resilient approach to guiding change in your organization. The course is designed as an intensive 2-day, practical deep dive into the world of organizational change.

Learning objectives

Learn how to use a design-oriented change mindset, tools and techniques to guide change in your organization. In particular by…

  • Developing the ability to assess the context in which you are operating
