Dan Newman has been designing and facilitating large heterogeneous teams from some of the world’s most complex organizations for over 25 years. Prior to this work, Dan was a strategy partner at Ernst & Young. He has a gift for helping people manage complexity.
Vanessa Humphrey
Vanessa is a senior advisor in strategy with 25 years of international experience, leading and setting up strategy, PMO and performance management practices. As a program lead, she launched multiple telecom operators and smart cities.
Eliana Del Bianco
Eliana has worked in the humanitarian sector for over 10 years, gaining considerable expertise in the management of complex multi-year projects and programmes in different contexts in Europe and Africa. She has been designing and facilitating collaborative workshops for the past 2 years.
